Which cooling capacity should I choose?
Start with room size, ceiling height, sun exposure and the number of occupants. Larger or sun-facing rooms need a different assessment from shaded bedrooms. Compare the listed capacities, then confirm the room requirements with a qualified installer.
What should I check before arranging installation?
A split AC needs suitable indoor and outdoor mounting positions, a drainage route and an appropriate power supply. Check pipe length and access in advance. The installation option in your bag is an estimate; extra piping and electrical work require a separate quote.
What should I check about delivery and returns?
Confirm delivery coverage, access to your property and the final charges before purchase. Check the model and packaging when a product arrives, and keep the invoice and packaging. Ask for the applicable return and warranty terms before arranging installation.
Delivery & returns guide →Split AC or portable AC?
Split systems use separate indoor and outdoor units. Portable compressor air conditioners need an exhaust hose vented outdoors through a suitable opening. Evaporative air coolers use a different cooling method and are not interchangeable with these air conditioners.
